1/700 USS Blue Ridge (Trumpeter)
I built the Blue Ridge right out of the box. The model went together
rather well and was straight forward in the clarity of the instructions.
I had the Blue Ridge in my stash and thought it was such an unusual subject
that I had to build her. She isn't sexy like a WWII battleship and
she isnt direct combatant but a command ship is an important piece of any
Cold War or modern navy. Blue Ridge fills an often overlooked part
of our modeling fleets....the support ships.
