1/30 LCM-3 (Trumpeter)

Here's a fairly "stock" Trumpeter 1:35 LCM-3, along with an out-of-the-box Tamiya half track and crew for a payload. But look inside, and find an r/c conversion- twin servo drive and steering, crammed into the 4 inch square "engine room". Runs smartly in the tub, but we'll have to wait until spring for outdoor trials- it's 5°F outside as I write this!
