USS Oklahoma BB-37

1/2400 USS Oklahoma BB-37 (GHQ)

This is an excellent rendition by GHQ of the USS Oklahoma in 1/2400 scale. I painted her in pre-war overall light gray, with natural wood decks.

I'm a big fan of the Nevada and Oklahoma, with their odd arrangement of double and triple turrets, the only one like it in American battleship history. I'm currently mulling a conversion project to produce the Nevada in her modernized 1944 configuration.
