1/700 USS Tennessee BB-43 (HP)

Here are some photos of my recently completed Tennessee. It is the 1/700 scale HP kit updated with Clipper barrels, Gold medal and Tom's modelworks detail sets, Corsair Armada 20mm AA guns and Gold medal watertight doors. Scratchbuilt masts were added and the model was weathered. The cockpit on the floatplane was hollowed out then the canopy was made from clear epoxy resin. The anchor pipes and collars were drilled out from the deck all the way through the hull and scratchbuilt collars were added. The cast-on anchors were removed and skywave replacements were added.
