1/700 USS California BB-44 (Trumpeter)
Predated a 1945 Trumpeter USS California BB-44 To an earlier 1944 layout. Did not realize how much a difference between the 2 refits until after I began assembling and painting the ship in her 1944 layout. Was informed a USS West Virginia from Trumpeter would have been the better option, but by this point it was to late. Though I was able to get my hands on an aftermarket 20mm platform for Tennessee/Colorado class which helped on predating the build. No extensive PE or aftermarket parts, just the basic sheet that came with the kit.Rigging:
