1/700 USS South Dakota BB-57 (Fujimi)
Although the Iowa class battleships had a much more sleek, lanky look, I have always liked the 'fire-power' fortress look of the stubbier WWII South Dakota class battleships. This Fujimi kit had beautifullly cast parts and straight-forward construction, making it a fun build of a piece of naval history.
