1/350 USS New Jersey MLRS Concept (Tamiya)

Here are some pictures of my 1/350 Tamiya, USS New Jersey battleship that I modified as a fictional, nuclear powered battleship armed with Multiple Launch Rocket Systems and other extra armament. I won first place in the ship category with this model at the Hobbytown USA contest in Oct. 5, 2002
in Brookfield, WI.  This model is pure fantasy based on my imagination and using my parts from my spares box. I never like to build something straight from the box. I urge other modelers to use their imaginations and "get out of the box".  :)   I would enjoy seeing what other fun ships people could
create with different weapon systems, superstructure, etc.  I do regret that this model is not professional looking with photoetch, and other details, as I am handicapped with 20/70 eyesight in one eye and legally blind in my left eye.  If anyone has any questions about my work,
