1/350 USS Missouri BB-63 (Tamiya)
My name is Ryan Tuckwell and I am 24. I am a Police Officer in New South Wales and decided to take up modelling to take my mind off things. I haven't built a model for many years and only ever did aircraft (brushpainted). I got this Tamiya 1/350 Missouri for Christmas and shortly after bought an airbrush and decided to give it a go, it is the first thing I've airbrushed and the first ship I have ever built. There is still a lot left to do, these photos don't show the PE railing I've since added. I had no idea what a pain in the neck it was! I will update the photos as I complete more of the model.

Well here it is finally finished. It's my first airbrush project and my first ship. First time with PE. Next time I will use a wash on the decks and the superstructures to add texture.
