1/250 Schleswig Holstein (Wilhelmshavener Modellbaubogen)
The Schleswig Holstein was allready behind the state of art when she
came in service in 1909. Nevertheless she was the unit of the German imperial
fleet which stayed in service for the longest time in the German Navy.
As she had become obsolete, she was one of the few ships which the allies
left to the German navy after WWI. She was refurbished, but stayed obsolete.
She became famous because she fired one of the first shots in WWII. This
model is a paper kit and shows the ship in the state of about 1930. I modified
the original WHV kit with some better detailed and surplus parts.
