1/600 HGN Tirpitz (Airfix)
The huge bulk of the German battleship Tirpitz is illustrated by putting a Z class destroyer next to it. I had considered chopping the kit into a waterline version but the plastic was thin enough in casting spots that I feared wrecking things, so built it as is. Early war paint scheme. Later was a more 'dazzle' scheme.
