German "Pocket" Battleship Graf Spee

1/600 Admiral Graf Spee 1937 (Aurora)

This depiction of the Graf Spee is as she appeared at the Coronation Naval Review at Spithead 1937. Some kit bashing was involved as I used some of the anti-aircraft guns and the float plane from the Italieri Admiral Scheer. Also used from the Admiral Scheer was the deck crane and the float plane launch. A Gold Medal Models PE set was used for the railings and MC lenses were used for the searchlights. The ensign on the tern mast was made from scratch.
