1/400 DKM Scharnhorst (Heller)
This model of the battlecruiser Scharnhorst is based on an Heller kit on scale 1/400 with addittional hand made parts.
The model represent the Scharnhorst as it was on late 1943 from August till December, so during Operation Sizilien ( bombing of Spitzbergen Island togheter with the Tirpitz ) and during the Operation Ostfront that ended up with the famous battle of North Cape or Bear Island against HMS Duke of York, Belfast, Norfolk, Sheffield, Jamaica and many more Royal Navy units ( 13 ships involved ) were Scharnhorst was finally sunk on December 26th, 1943.
