1/700 Richelieu, 1944 (Highmold)
High Mold has realized in the late 90's of the last century a kit of the french battleship Richelieu. Up to now it is one of the best kits available in 1/700 scale for my opinion. HP has realized also the Richelieu and the Jean Beart but they are both not on the same level as the HighMold kit. ( The JeanBeart i have also build.)
For some months i have buy a new /the second kit of the Richelieu. My first kit I have paintet as she looked after the war. Now after I have seen some nice Richelieu in her dazzle pattern I have decided to build another one.
I have build her straight out of the box with some PE's and modifications on the top. The 20mm i have replaced with PE from GMM. The 40mm I have replaced with LCP 40mm quads ( but not on the stern up to now)
