1/600 HMS Hood (Airfix)
This is a kitbash of the Airfix 1/600 scale HMS Hood. I had a bit of time during lockdown, and a spare Airfix Hood kit. I decided to create a kitbash, aiming to create a late WW1 battlecruiser that Jackie Fisher would have been proud of! It was fun adding extra guns etc, although I do realise that some of the features, such as torpedo nets the camo, and the carley floats, are probably wrong for the time.I also painted a backdrop, photographed the ship in fromt of it, and added some smoke using photoshop.
