1/1250 HMS Royal Sovereign from Neptune (die cast), painted and detailed.
This is a small break I needed (again!). The 1/1250 metal models from Neptune
are among the best in terms of accuracy and detail in that scale and with
a few touch ups like replacing the masts and adding some basic etch details
they offer a great alternative to those who are restricted in terms of
space and construction time. They are not cheap, but they are all metal
and what they lack in size they offer in durability. I am more and more
getting drawn into these little gems.
