1/250 HMS Hood (Scratchbuilt)
As some of you may be aware 24 May was the 65th Anniversary of the loss of the then largest battleship in the world, HMS Hood, and the deaths (1,416 including one NZer) of all but 3 of her crew. The battleship went down in about three minutes. So it was a fitting time to get my Hood in the water, built to "stand-off" scale because I am not that great a builder I do love the result.
