1/700 HMS Royal Oak (WSW)
HMS Royal Oak was 1st on my wish list for so long that I was surprised when different vendors brought out two kits of her at the same time: Samek and WSW. Although I ended up buying the WSW version and was very pleased with the kit quality, I’ve also heard nothing but good things about the Samek version as well. Both appear to offer a very good starting point for this historic ship.
My main sources for this built were the excellent Royal Oak Profile Morskie and British battleships of WWII.
