1/146 IJN Yamato (Scratchbuilt)
The model is Radio Controlled using 2 channel transmitter for forward/astern and rudder control. One 12 Volt electric motor from a vehicle heater system drives four 35mm props using belt drive gearing. Hull is balsa, covered with fibreglass and resin, and the superstructure is ply and styrene construction.Overall model is 1.800 meters in length.
