1/200 IJN Yamato (Nichimo)
Originally built in 1996 or there abouts, This particular Yamato kit spent 6 years sitting on a shelf until I purchased it in an almost ready to run state, though she needed some tlc. First modification i made to her was the removal of the single 545 motor and gearbox, replacing it with 4 individual 385 motors, which has made a vast improvement in how she behaves on the water.
