RN Littorio

1/2400 RN Littorio (Unknown)

Here's a 1/2400 model of the Italian WWII battleship Littorio. This was another e-bay purchase, and I'm not sure of the manufacturer. The detail level is a notch below GHQ but better than Viking Forge. The model came in a small clear plastic box with light blue foam padding.

I enhanced the model with some stretched sprue masts. I did the "candy stripe" air recognition patterns on the fore and aft decks freehand - they're not perfect, but are OK in the small scale.
