1/400 Battleship Potemkin (Maquette)
My rendition of the Imperial Russian battleship Kniaz Potemkin Tavrishevskiy, the model I bought in Russia for less than 5 dollars several years ago. I'm afraid I cannot remember the name of the makers but I'm sure it was made under license from Heller, it is in 1/400 scale and a lot of work went into it the crew figures I made myself from cardboard. The rigging was co-axial wiring from a TV aerial. I have mainly built scratch models in 1/700 scale and this is my first try with a kit this big.
