Subject: Russian Battleship Riurik 1/200 cardmodel (GPM)

Hello.
Since I not only build plastic models it took now about 18 months to finish
the polish GPM cardmodel-kit of the "Russian Battleship Riurik"of 1905 in
scale 1/200 . The kit contains of nearly 1800 parts , that have to be bend ,
folden and of course  cut out to get an very impressing  result . The
completed Riurik is about 81 cm long , 14 cm width and 28 cm high . I added
some photoetched parts by HMV (Scheuer&Struever , Germany)  . These ladders
look much better and realistic as paper ever can be . The relings are made
of plastic and thread , some are rests of Trumpeters "Sovremeny".
