1/350 USS Brooklyn, 1899 (YS Masterpieces)
This was my first attempt at a resin kit, but I must say I Chose one of the best. The YS Masterpieces kit is superb and a joy to build. It comes as a full hull, but I decided to show the ship in the water, so I cut everything away below the waterline. My Brooklyn is in its peacetime white hull and buff superstructure paint scheme, before it took part in the Spanish-American war. The PE frets from the kit are just fantastic. I hope you like it
