USS St. Paul CA 73 and USS Salem CA 139 by Christoph Mentzel

The St. Paul is a conversion of an Baltimore kit from Waveline. I have scratched the bridge with parts from the ISW Salem and do many more things ; radar upper works and so on. Etched parts from GMM; Paints a from Testor.

The kit should show the St. Paul at the end of her active service life as flagship. The Salem is the ISW kit.

In my opinion there a many mistakes with the high and size of the hull and some upper works (bridge) In comparison with the Jim Shirley Productions Newport News, there are great differences. I think the JSP are more accurate in size. So I have sanded/polish  the hull and bridge down. The etching parts are again from GMM.
