My main interests had been WW2 armor and aircraft, but of late, I've caught the shipbuilding bug ... BAD!!! Here are some shots of my Iron Shipwright 1/350 DKM Prinz Eugen and Blue Water Navy 1/350 USS Northampton. Prinz Eugen is painted as she appeared after she left Norwegian waters with Bismarck. The kit was pretty much built as is, with the exception of replacing the secondary gun barrels with steel tubing and adding the missing stern anchor. Northampton is painted in pre-war Ms 1 with the Ms 5 false bow wave. No major changes were made to the original kit. The pictures were take outdoors on a moderately cloudy day, with some fill lighting from the camera flash. The photos were taken with a JVC GC-QX3u digital camera on automatic, at the fine mode setting. I hope you find these of interest, Bob LaPadura New Jersey IPMS rlapadura@aol.com <> <> --------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: ca26.zip ca26.zip Type: Zip Compressed Data (application/x-zip-compressed) Encoding: base64 Name: peugen.zip peugen.zip Type: Zip Compressed Data (application/x-zip-compressed) Encoding: base64
