USS Nashville
by Christoph Mentzel

1/700 USS Nashville  CL-43 (Naval Works)

The USS Nashville was a member of the Brooklynn light cruiser class which was build before WWII.

In June 1938 the USS Nashville entered service by the US Navy. Mid 1943 after a battle damage the ship was rebuild at Mare island with more and new AA guns and the new lower brigde.

My kit show the USS Nashville early 1944 at Leyte Gulf at the time General McArthur comes aboard the ship with a PT boat.

I have used parts of the old Naval Workskit and parts of the Corsair Armada Phoenix kit.
Several parts i have scrachted like the funnels or modified.
