1/720 USS Kittyhawk CV-63 (Italeri)
This is a 1/720 Italeri Kittyhawk CV-63, era 1998. I was able to get some help from a 1/700 Fujimi Kittyhawk that I am building into a 1960s era for the modern day sponsons and radar blisters. The airwing is CVW-5 straight out of the Fujimi Suplemental Aircraft Kits and some scratch decal work for the VAW-115 E-2s. There is a little GMM PE for the mast and railings The flight deck markings are Starfighter Decals for CVN-65 and an extra set of numbers he made for me. I can not say enough about how those decals make an average kit quite nice!
