1/350 USS Buchanan DD-484 (DML)
First of all one of the best kits from detail level, the only point which doesn’t fit to the quality is the searchlight tower, why not in PE? I build this kit nearly out of the box, using WEM colour coats. I added the cyber hobby upgrade ( fits not very good ) , WEM Radar and floater net baskets, the Chicago piano is from Paper Lab. As a result of this build I will use the GMM set on my ´45 variant, it offers much more details as in the Cyber Hobby upgrade and the fit of the reeling is much more better. It was a very nice build, not very easy because of the small and smallest parts and a few problems between the upper and lower hull. But this seems to be a problem of my kit, because my 45 variant fits without any problems. One point to improve is the manual….some part numbers are wrong and it could be a little bit more detailed not to loose the overview.
