1/125 USS Little DD-803 (Lindberg)
The Lindberg 1/125th scale Blue Devil Destroyer is not a difficult kit to build. It is supposidly very innacurate and I am sure someone would make a lot of dosh coming out with a photo etch detail set for this model and its radars Appart from that its one of the largest kits on the market and is very impressive to hold in your hands . The kit has two rudders which is supposidly only the case for the last 4 Fletcher class destroyers ever built so I painted the kit as DD-803 USS Little since that was the model I could find the most photos of. I intend to build it again in future and do a better job. but I am proud of this as being a good first try considering i built it in two days. I inculded a wooden base with matchsticks as planks and had some fun spelling out my name with the signal flags.
