This ship I built as a Christmas gift for my best friend who served on this ship for 2 yrs from 1990-92. The ship was the first ship to fire Tomahawk missiles at Baghdad in 1991.
The Missouri was the first ship to shoot her 16 inch guns from WWII at the Iraqi lines at the shore to give them a taste of what was to come. THE LAST HURAAH FOR THE BATTLESHIP. For us Battleship buffs they will always remain firm in our memories.
