1/700 DDX-1001 (Gear Precision/The Technology House LTD)

This is one of several modern 1/700 cast pewter models offered by The Technology House, LTD. Besides the DDX, they also offer waterline models of the LCS-1 Freedom, LCS-2 Independence, LPD-17 San Antonio Class, USCG National Security Cutter, and various other subjects at 1/700 and 1/1200 scales. I made my own interpretations as to how this ship might appear when built as far as colors go, then added decals from my spares bag and some photo-etch railings from Lion Roar. So far I am not aware of other 1/700 commercially-available models of this ship.
