1/700 USS Benjamin Stoddert DDG-22 (DML)
DDG-22 Benjamin Stoddert evading NVA shore based artillery while attacking shore based targets of importance. Display is entitled, "...Gun run, Tonkin Gulf 1972"
Ship is back-dated to 1972 for Benjamin Stoddert.
Added details include: GMM USN/JMSDF P/E Set, GMM "Ultra" P/E Railing Set. Scratch built details for mast, aft funnel, gun director house, gun director, and center anchor hawsepipe added. Painted with WEM Deck Grey, Testors Acryl Haze Grey, Testors RLM 23, Testors Acryl Flat Black, Testors Acryl Engine Grey. All colors lightened with white for scale effect.
