1 : 250  U.S. BUCKLEY  CLASS  DE

   U.S. Buckley  class  destroyer  escort (DE)  was  built  during  period  of  WWII  , 154  vessels of  this  class were  built  . Among
 Those ,  46 vessels  were transfered  to  Royal  Navy  under  lend-lease agreement  ,  Royal  Navy   reclass  them  as  Captain  class
Frigate .  This  class  of  DE  has  overall  length 306 feet  , normal  displacement  1,400  ton  and  full  load  at  1,720  ton . They
are   powered  by  turbo-electric  tandem  12,000  H.P.  , maximum speed  23.5  knot.  
    This  model  of  mine  were built   from  Revell-Germany  kit  ,  kit  parts  are  nice  in  detail , except  guns  that  look  clunky.
For  full  realistic  looking  we can fix  photoetch to  this  Buckley  class  model  ( Tom’s  Model  photoetch)  , but  it’s  pity  that 
I do have skill and experience enough  to  fix  photoetch on  model , so I  assembled  it  as  kit  supplied.
