One of eight ships built in the 1960's ,HMS Fife was a batch 2 and was upgraded in the 1970's by having her B turret removed and Exocet in its place,in 1986 she was converted into a training ship and the Seaslug missile system on the quarter deck was removed and a horrible box in its place, this was a class room, however the Russians thought differently and Fife was buzzed many times thinking it was some kind of new equipment on trials. I have built her before this was done. The paddle tug was a specialise one that was design to get underneath the overhang on aircraft carriers. They were very maneuverable because of these paddles.Check out Wikipedia for more history on both models
