1/350 HMS Jervis (White Ensign)
HMS Jervis was the leader of the 14th Destroyer Flotilla in the Mediterranean between 1940-43 she was awarded 13 battle honours and never suffered a casualty in action during the entire time. In all she was a much more successful ship than her more famous and accident prone sister HMS Kelly.
The model was built from the White Ensign Models HMS Kelly 1/350 converted and updated to represent HMS Jervis in 1945. The main modifications were:
Apart from a few other tweaks the rest of the kit was built straight from the box with no complications and very little clean up being needed.
Colourcoat paints were used throughout with just about everything being airbrushed.
