1/700 HMS Sheffield Type 42 (Revell)
This is the 1/700 HMS Sheffield from Revell. I have to thank Mark Deakin for generously donating this kit to me. The kit appears to be a Skywave rebox, the quality of the mold is of the highest quality. I used WEM photoetch on this kit, which is extrodinary....the radar alone was over 20 pieces of brass... and the yardarms for the masts are all photoetch as well. The photoetch is really what brings this kit together in my opinion.
