1/350 Admiral Ushakov (Trumpeter)
Different from other models that I scratch-built using compressed paper
stock, this is a 'Trumpeter' plastic model kit of a Russian Sovremenny
class destroyer that I assembled. I added railings and flags to the finished
model. From hull number list 684, 434, 755, 430 of the decal sheet that
came with the kit, 434 'Admiral Ushakov' is the only ship of project 956
that is still in service. However, neither the Russian nor English name
of this active ship was supplied. I had to download the Russian version
from internet and made my own decal of the ship name. On conclusion, I
rate this model 9.5 out of 10 in detail and quality
