1/700 Novik, 1915 (Combrig)
Russian Destroyer Novik, Baltic, 1915 Combrig, 1/700
Built this model about 4 years ago and just realized that I haven’t submitted it to the gallery, so here it is. The build was fairly standard, hull was of the correct shape and dimensions, so all I did was modify aft superstructure to reflect the way it looked in 1915 (the kit gives the ship as built in 1913) and add small details to the hull. The guns and torpedo tubes were also detailed.
Painted with a mix of PollyS acrylics and Model Master enamels, weathered with pastels.
