1/700 Aircraft Collection, part 10 (PitRoad and Kitbashes)
A modified Pitroad C-130 into a LC-130 with scratched snow skids. Custom decals depict a LC-130 of the New York Air Guard named “Pride of Scotia”. I was motivated to build this a/c after reading the story of the American doctor who diagnosed herself w/ cancer while being stranded at the pole. The NY unit was prominent in the story.
Israeli AF F-16D Barak. A modified Pitroad F-16 created by extending the cockpit (for two seats) and adding the spine that holds the “wild weasel” equipment. Note the custom “scorpion” tail insignia indicating that this aircraft is from 105 Tayeset "Ha'Akrav" - Scorpion Squadron.
