1/400 DKM Type VII C/41 (Mirage)
This kit was built from a Mirage model, 1/400, I added a few scratch for replace some parts and improve the final appearance. The scene represents an common situation on the Atlantic, an allied combat ship goes down and the hunter passing, looking and smiling.
An allied bow was builded with plasticard or plastruct, the deck gun and plataform too. In the submarine I added railings, replaced main gun and shield with aluminum plate, replaced antenna, and added snorkel support in front of conning tower.
The surface was created using a wood base more silicon for obtain volume and finally I added wrinkled blue celofan paper (like as plastic)
