1/400 Queen Mary 2 in port (Revell)
This fictional port provides the QM2 model with a bird`s eye view of
this huge stunning vessel with a back drop of 1/400 scale vehicles ranging
from Routemaster buses,Atlanteans (4D) and even a scratch built Boris Routemaster,excavator
and low loader and classic Rolls Royce on the goods train, All others of
modern cars, London taxis, trucks-rigid and articulate, trees, and yachts
all from 4D Modelshop (produced onsite in their fine store in London! So
ask if they don`t have these on the shelf (as they will cook them on demand)
The kit has the Gold Medal QM2 replacement railings with the deck furniture
and all passengers 1/400 scale brass etch fron the days when we`d paint
our own! Added doors to promenade deck and thinned down the pent houses
on the stern above the cafe area. Whole diorama measures 4 foot long by
1.5 wide and took 4 years of a couple of hours a day here and there given
the day job commitments and stops anyone using the dining table!
