1/350 IJN Akitsushima (Scratchbuilt)
This is a scratch work of the wreck of the Japanese seaplane tender
IJN Akitsushima in Coron Bay. She was sunk by US aircraft in 1944.
The place is a paradise for the divers of wrecks. The ship and diorama
are scratch built with evergreen, soft wood and pieces of old kits (Fujimi,
Hasegawa, Tamiya ). It was covered with transparent clear epoxy resin in
a tapered container.
