Doolittle Raid Diorama

1/350 Doolittle Raid Diorama (Various)

This Diorama took me nearly three years to complete. It’s the Trumpeter USS Hornet plus about 30 additional aircraft kits, a converted Dragon USS Buchanan and the YMW USS Northampton.

I used the following PE Sets:

• WEM USS Hornet Hangardeck
• WEM US Quad 1.1" Guns
• GMM Hornet
• GMM Gold Plus Hornet fine details
• GMM WW2 USN Floater net baskets
• GMM WW2 Buchanan/Gleaves class
• GMM watertight doors, hatches and life rings
• About 300 goffy figures

For the painting I used Tamiya acrylic paints.
