1/400 NRP Comandante Roberto Ivens F482 (Heller)

This was one of four João Belo class frigate in the Portuguese Navy, based on the French Commandant Rivière class. The armament was 3 single 100mm guns, 2 x40mm, 1 x 305mm anti-submarine mortar and 2 x triple 550mm torpedo tubes. The F482 was stricken in May 2003, another two sold to Uruguay and the F481 Comandante Hermenegildo Capelo, was sunk in 2013 to form an artificial reef in Algarve, south of Portugal.
