1/360 Coastal Renaissance (Scratchbuilt)
This model of the Super-C Class ferry of BC Ferries is another one of my various scratch-built 1/360 scale static ship models. She was built using compressed cardboard stock material for the hulll and superstructure. The hull was reinforced with thick cardboard stock bulkheads for rigidity and later water-proof with two coats of enamel paint. Styrene panels, rods, angles & channels were used extensively. Data and information were obtained from internet about this class of ferries which were built in Germany.
