The ship was built in 1930, ordering by Lady Jule, in Glasgow. In first 4 years it sails over 200,000 around British Islands, Baltic Sea, Mediteranian Sea, Atlantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean. In 1937 it was sold to the Romanian King, Carol and used for official meeting and sailing in Black Sea.
After the WWII the communist goverment took the ship use it as a school ship and in several years transform it in a restaurant on the Danube bank.
One night, after many glasses of drink, a man burned the wooden indian under the bowsprit.
In 1998 the ship was sold to a British Company which try to rebuilt it for a potentioal buyer. I think they are still waiting that potentional buyer.
The model is made by fibreglass and wood. I left the silver fittings to give the atmosphere of 1930th models.
