1/700 JMSDF Ships (Various)

These are the photos of the JMSDF DDK-118 and DE-226 from Pitroad. DDK-118 Murakumo is a Minegumo class destroyer.It is a sub-class of the Yamagumo class destroyers . DE-226 Ishikari is a resin kit which represents the smaller destroyer escort of JMSDF. Both kits are very good but the DE-226 kit requires more work in order to build a decent model.

DDE-227 Yubari is a follow-on design to the Ishikari class.It is slightly larger than the previous design. LST-4101 class are the first postwar landing ships built after WW2 in Japan. LST-4103 Nemuro is the last of the 3 ship class.It differs from the previous 2 in having an electric crane forward of the bridge.
