1/400 Schnellboot und Räumboot der Kriegsmarine (Wilhelmshavener)
These are card models of a Schnellboot and a Räumboot by Wilhelmshavener reduced from 1/250 to 1/400 with some photo-etched and minor additions to the masts. When reduced to 1/400 the S-Boat measures the same as the Heller plastic model. This is a composite of different classes with an oversize pilot house. The R-boats were general purpose craft used for escort, patrol, minesweeping, rescue and, when needed, evacuation.
