1/350 HMS Roberts (Trumpeter)
his is my interpretation of the Trumpeter 1/350 HMS ROBERTS. This unusual looking ship was a British monitor used for shallow water coastal bombardment. This is an excellent kit which goes together well but is much more complex than first appears. It is basically an out of box build with some weathering using Tamiya washes and various pastels and weathering powders. To make the mode look as good as possible I spent some time on the paint scheme and rigging. Airbrushed with Tamiya acrylics and Humbrol enamels. Rigged with stretched sprue as learned from the great Jim Baumann.Hope you like her
