1/500 HMS "Generica" a River Class Frigate (Scratchbuilt)
Using photos and drawings of various ships, this is an attempt at a River class frigate as she might have appeared during the war. Call her HMS Generica...
The hull and deck house are wood. the bridge is plastic sheet,girders, and a kit bridge I modified. The main guns have a breech assemby from Revell under the shields. The depth charge racks and k-guns are made of pe with glass beads for charges.
She makes a good companion for Compass Rose. I will try a Black Swan next.
